Freedom of Information

Information covered by this scheme is only about the primary, general or personal medical services we provide under contract to the NHS.

Policies and Procedures are available on receipt of a written request.

Requests for information will be responded to within 48 hours; information requested will be provided with 21 days.

Equality and discrimination

We treat all patients equally irrespective of age, sex, marital status, pregnancy, race, ethnicity disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

Temporary residents are entitled to the same rights as fully registered patients.

  • Disabled Access – patients with mobility difficulties may use the entrance at the back of the surgery. Please ring the bell for assistance.

Complaints policy

If you wish to register a concern or make a complaint please contact the Practice Manager, Sue Brown.

A leaflet explaining what to do if you want to complain is available. Please ask at reception.

Access to medical records

All applications for access to records, whether paper based or electronic, of living persons are now made under the Data Protection Act 1998. For deceased persons, applications are made under sections of the 1990 Access to Health Records Act.

Written applications only are accepted and should be marked for the attention of the Practice Manager, Sue Brown.
